Refund Policy

At Abuu, customer satisfaction is our priority. We aim to provide transparent, fair, and flexible solutions when it comes to refunds.

1. Eligibility for Refund

You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • The service or product was not delivered as described.
  • You experience technical issues that we are unable to resolve.
  • A cancellation is made within the eligible refund window (see below).

2. Refund Request Timeline

To be eligible for a refund, requests must be made within 7 working days of the original purchase. After this period, refund requests may not be honored.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • Issues caused by user-side misconfiguration or incompatibility.
  • Products/services purchased under promotional or discounted offers.

4. Refund Process

Once your request is received and approved, we will process the refund to your original method of payment within 7 working Days. You will receive a confirmation once the refund has been issued.

5. Subscriptions & Renewals

If you are on a subscription plan, cancellations must be made before the next billing cycle to avoid renewal charges. Refunds are not provided for partial subscription periods.
