these boneless /skinless chicken breasts are perfect to pull a couple of pieces out and leave the bag in the freezer. before we bought these chicken breasts,we would buy a big pack of fresh and break pack to smaller freezer bags. with the great value we grab what we need and thaw over night. No time to wait, defrost them in the microwave. one of our favorite meals is bbq chicken.
